We are now seeking an experienced Business Manager to join our team. As a prestigious, female-led luxury brand, we are committed to delivering expert artistry and an exceptional client experience.

As the Business Manager for a prestigious Blink Brow Bar store, you will be responsible for the overall commercial performance, operational excellence, and team leadership of the bar. You will act as the Brand Ambassador, ensuring that Blink Brow Bar standards for luxury service and artistry are consistently delivered to maximise sales and profitability.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Performance & Sales Strategy
    • Performance Management: Monitor, analyse, and report on all key performance indicators (KPIs), including conversion rates, average transaction value (ATV), and client traffic, developing tactical plans to address variances.
    • Retail Focus: Drive and maximise the sales of the award-winning BBB London product range, utilising strong merchandising and promotional strategies.
    • Operational Excellence: Oversee all retail operations, including cash handling, stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising, ensuring brand standards are met or exceeded.
  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Training: Induct and develop a high-performing team of Expert Therapists and Front of House Hosts.
    • Coaching & Motivation: Lead, coach, and motivate the team on a daily basis to ensure exceptional technical service and a proactive sales culture.
    • Performance Reviews: Conduct quarterly performance appraisals, one-to-one meetings, and disciplinary actions as needed, fostering a supportive yet high-accountability environment.
    • Manage rotas: Create and manage effective staffing rotas to ensure optimal coverage during peak periods, maximising service opportunities and controlling staffing costs.
  • Management & Stakeholder Relations
    • Brand Representation: Serve as the primary representative for Blink Brow Bar within the store, cultivating a strong and collaborative relationship with the department store management or neighbourhood team.
    • Standards: Ensure the concession consistently adheres to both Blink Brow Bar’s luxury service protocols and visual merchandising guidelines.
    • Client Experience: Champion the Blink Brow Bar service guarantee, personally handling complex client issues and ensuring the client journey is seamless, luxurious, and consistently five-star.

    • Management Experience: Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a high-turnover luxury retail or premium beauty/spa environment, ideally within a department store concession or stand alone boutique.
    • Commercial Acumen: Proven track record of successfully managing a P&L, analysing commercial data, and driving sales growth through effective operational management.
    • Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership ability with proven success in recruiting, training, and motivating a team to achieve both service and sales targets.
    • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding and passion for the beauty industry, with a knowledge of brow/lash services being highly advantageous.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with staff, clients, and department store management.
    • Brand Ambassador: A polished, professional presence with the ability to embody the luxury ethos of the Blink Brow Bar brand.
