As our Spa Therapist at our Wellness Spa at the Daylesford Farm in the Cotswolds, you will play a vital role in delivering a 5-star luxury guest experience. You will provide a range of professional beauty treatments, including massage, nails and waxing, to the highest standards, ensuring every guest receives a personalised, relaxing experience. Your responsibilities will include managing treatment bookings, offering expert advice on skincare and wellness products, and guiding guests on their wellness journey. With a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork, you’ll contribute to maintaining the spa’s exceptional standards and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for guests and colleagues alike.
HOURS: 40 hours including weekends
SALARY: £29,064.96 per annum, plus treatment and retail commission
Skills Needed:
- Level 3 Diploma, BTEC National Award Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy Sciences
- NVQ Level 2 (Junior) / Level 3 (Senior)
- Nail Technician (any of: VCTC Level 2 Certificate in Nail Treatments, CIBTAC Nail Technician Diploma, ITEC Level 2 (Junior) Certification in Intimate Waxing)
Responsibilities:
- Undertake full assessment of clients’ requirements and suitability of treatments and products offered.
- Carry out Bamford treatments to the highest professional standard following full in-house training standards and procedures.
- Ensure exceptional familiarity with all retail products and treatments and recommend to clients.
- Support the Spa Manager with any other ad-hoc duties.
- Bring our purpose to life by driving meaningful social and environmental improvements, contributing to our journey as a B Corp, and aligning with our sustainability vision.
- Inspire and empower our customers, suppliers, and partners to live and work more consciously, creating a lasting positive impact on the world.
