An exciting opportunity for a Full Time Spa Therapist to work for an HNWI within their beautiful estate setting near Windlesham, Surrey.
In this role you will be responsible for an overall exceptional “spa experience”, providing spa treatments of the highest calibre.

Qualifications /Skills and Experience Required:
- Must hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent
- Experience in Massage and Facials is essential
- Have at least three years’ experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury spa or salon environment
- Fluent English is Essential
Overview of Role:
- Will perform quality treatments accordingly to their professional skills, and following internal protocols
- Welcome all guests to the Spa and consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to both clients and colleagues
- Will provide and maintain the highest standard of personal appearance and hygiene whilst portraying a happy and helpful disposition
- Be responsible for the general upkeep of the Spa, including presentation of all areas and monitoring maintenance requirements
- Anticipate guests’ service needs and respond to relevant queries
- Undertake full assessment of clients’ requirements and suitability for both spa treatments and products, ensuring medical history and concerns are identified
- Document and maintain clients’ files according to the Spa’s GDPR protocols. Due to the high profile nature of the Estate guests, confidentiality and discretion is paramount
- Ensure aftercare recommendations are made at the end of every treatment, linking with client concerns
Package on Offer:
- Basic Salary: £40,000
- Treatments and Training provided by Bamford
- Meals on duty in the house
- Accommodation Available – short walking distance to the estate, self-catering, private room, shared bathroom
- Full-Time Hours
