The role…

4 Shifts per week

Shift times: 6.30am-2pm & 1pm-8.30pm

We have a superb opportunity for a Spa Receptionist to join our fabulous friendly team.

As Spa Receptionist you will be on your feet! Your duties will include welcoming guests and members to the spa, making spa bookings, upselling treatments and spa products, show rounds, cashing up and general day‑to‑day spa reception duties including spa cleaning.

You will have a friendly and outgoing personality and a passion for service excellence. Knowledge of spa reservation systems would be a distinct advantage, although not essential as full training will be given.
