Salary up to £55,000 per year (dependent on experience). Permanent, 37-hour week, office/site 3 days a week.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain project schedules for SP Transmission Core Projects.
- Resolve project scoping and specific issues through interface with project team members.
- Ensure Environmental & Planning, Engineering Design and System Access requirements are incorporated into the schedule.
- Update schedules monthly, analyse departmental and contractor schedules and advise the team on suitability and required actions.
- Attend meetings, provide planning advice, reports, KPIs and programme views to aid decision-making.
- Support the Quality Management System and contribute to process improvements.
- HNC level in an Engineering/Mathematics discipline or equivalent experience in scheduling, programming or planning.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Experience with engineering specifications and documentation for electricity supply infrastructure (substations, overhead lines, cables).
- Strong verbal and written communication, report-writing and MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes is beneficial.
