Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of individualised care plans for clients in their own homes
  • Provide personal care and support with daily living activities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Utilise IT systems for documentation and reporting
  • Drive to different locations as required for home care visits

Qualifications:

  • Right to Work in the UK
  • Previous experience in a home care or similar setting is desirable
  • A full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle
  • Ability to follow care plans and provide person-centred care
  • Proficient in English, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of home care practices and procedures
  • Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with residents and team members
