Help us create a better future, quicker Join our Licence Development team within SP Energy Networks' Transmission business and help shape the future of the UK's electricity network.

  • What you’ll be doing
  • You coordinate the tracking and reporting of projects and activities across the Transmission Networks team, ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate, meaningful and timely information.
  • You’ll gather, validate and analyse data from a variety of sources, creating insightful reporting and dashboards using Power BI and Power Query to support decision making.
  • You’ll work closely with colleagues from across the business to understand reporting requirements, improve processes and document workflows.
  • You’ll also manage stakeholder requests, support regulatory submissions and undertake activities within SAP to help ensure projects and business priorities remain on track.
  • Throughout your work, you’ll champion high standards of safety, quality and environmental performance.
  • What you’ll bring
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting and dashboard development, particularly using Power BI.
  • Knowledge of business analysis techniques, process improvement methodologies and stakeholder engagement approaches.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on data quality and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Experience using corporate business systems, ideally SAP.
  • Knowledge equivalent to degree-level study in business analysis, business management, information systems or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience within utilities, infrastructure, engineering or construction environments would be beneficial.
  • An understanding of project lifecycle processes within investment or capital delivery settings would be advantageous.
