As Process & Compliance Manager, you’ll step into a senior, hands-on role responsible for ensuring the organisation operates in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will oversee regulatory compliance, statutory and internal reporting, and broader business and commercial compliance across all functions. The role acts as a key advisor to senior management, embedding a strong compliance culture, and leads and develops a high-performing team.
What you’ll bring:
- Commercially minded finance professional with experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory role.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance practices.
- Experience in compliance reporting and audit management.
- Understanding of commercial and business compliance risks.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Professional certifications such as ICA, CRCM, CAMS, or equivalent.
- Confidence working with large, interconnected data sets, translating complexity into clear, actionable recommendations for decision makers.
- Decisive, resilient approach – able to prioritise, manage competing demands and deliver under pressure.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and challenge stakeholders across finance and the wider business.

- Experience in a regulated environment such as utilities, infrastructure or public sector – or a genuine interest in developing this experience.
