The Role: Summer Intern - Project Management
The Team: ClearPar is a market‑leading electronic platform for settlement of broadly syndicated loans and private credit. The ClearPar product team is responsible for understanding the market, working with customers and trade associations, and proposing solutions that introduce liquidity to the market, maintain ClearPar’s edge, and provide the best‑in‑class platform for settlement of BSL and private credit assets.
The Impact: The Project Management Intern for ClearPar will support a market‑leading product and new initiatives by understanding delivery timeframes and implementing project deadlines. The role will have high visibility and help the candidate enhance their skills related to financial services while also giving them technical and product management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Support the team by documenting pre‑existing workflows and communication channels of the product team and propose potential enhancements to these processes
- Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to understand ClearPar and other underlying products and gather functional requirements where necessary
- Develop an understanding of, and interact with, APIs and data‑management capabilities of the system
- Assist in project management function for the product team and participate in daily support activities
- Contribute to all recurring meetings and learn about other interconnected and interoperable products that sit within the product team’s remit
- Present a final project outcome to the team before the end of the internship based on a project assigned at the beginning of the internship
What We’re Looking For:
- Penultimate‑year student working toward a relevant university degree
- Able to commute to the office at least three times per week
- Some awareness or interest in project management concepts gained through coursework, extracurricular activities, or previous experience
- Well organized and able to translate vague deadlines into potential confirmation dates
