About the Role:
Job Summary: The Sales Associate will be a key player in expanding our market presence within the Financial Institutions sector across Europe. This role focuses on promoting and selling our suite of products, including Capital IQ Pro, Feeds, Visible Alpha, and Sustainability solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial data and analytics, coupled with a passion for sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive the adoption of Capital IQ Pro, Feeds, Visible Alpha, and Sustainability products among financial institutions.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions that align with their strategic objectives.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and capabilities of our offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations to facilitate long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to effectively position our products in the market.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage sales activities, track progress, and report on sales performance.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote our solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on data and analytics solutions.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, data feeds, and sustainability trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Working Conditions:
This position may require travel within Europe to meet with clients and attend industry events. Flexibility to work across different time zones as needed to accommodate client schedules.
