The Team:
This is an inside sales position within S&P Global Market Intelligence Enterprise Solutions Division. This position will be reporting to the EMEA Inside Sales Manager for Enterprise Solutions.
Our comprehensive services bring greater transparency to financial markets, helping to reduce risk and create opportunity. We provide extensive risk and compliance management coverage, including support for Global regulations and Software Solutions.
Responsibilities and Impact:
- Qualify and prioritize leads through systematic prospecting activities, building a strong pipeline for the Enterprise Solutions team with an emphasis on increasing revenue
- Support senior sales representatives during discovery calls by taking detailed notes and creating opportunities in Salesforce to ensure seamless client engagement
- Plan and execute targeted campaigns to generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth across the Enterprise Solutions client base
- Manage Salesforce administration tasks including data entry, opportunity tracking, and maintaining accurate client records to support team efficiency
- Manage, track and report on the Enterprise Solutions renewal book for assigned sales representatives, ensuring follow-ups and preparation of renewal documentation
- Prepare and distribute price increase communications and draft order forms for client renewals, setting a strategy on how to approach individual renewals
What We're Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 years of work experience
- Some knowledge and experience of Capital markets, Regulatory solutions or the Lending space
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ideally in more than 1 language
- Ability to present information, handle detail, influence decisions and work with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
- Team player and willing to progress in a rapidly changing environment
