Our company brings together people, processes, and networks to solve the markets’ most challenging problems. Innovating, integrating, and optimising the post-trade workflow – we are positively shaping the way the community works forever. Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Reporting & Analysis: Own the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reporting and analysis, including bookings, churn, and recognised revenue. Conduct deep-dive variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) on revenue drivers (e.g., volume, price, client segment) and provide insightful commentary on key performance drivers and trends. Support the development of dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) focused on revenue, client metrics, and sales performance.
  • Revenue Forecasting & Budgeting: Contribute to the annual budgeting process and periodic financial re-forecasts specifically for revenue and related operational metrics, working closely with Commercial and Sales teams. Develop and maintain robust revenue models to support accurate forecasting of subscription, usage, and other revenue streams, including scenario planning for new products or pricing changes.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with Commercial, Sales, and Product teams to understand their financial needs and provide financial insights that support pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies. Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis projects focused on revenue growth opportunities, client profitability, and sales commission calculations.
  • Process Improvement & Data Integrity: Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and improvements within revenue forecasting and reporting. Ensure data integrity and accuracy of client, contract, and usage data used in financial systems for revenue recognition and reporting.

Additional Opportunities include:

  • Executive Exposure: This role provides opportunity for regular exposure to OSTTRA Leadership, allowing you to present your analysis and influence strategic decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Projects: This role provides opportunity for participation in high-impact projects, such as client profitability deep dives.

Skills And Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on revenue analysis, drivers, and financial modeling.
  • Personable with good communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
  • An ability to work independently in completing assigned duties; managing competing priorities for multiple stakeholders.
  • Proactive & adaptable: self-starter with a proactive approach, able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
