As a senior leader of the Enterprise Solutions product team, you will define and execute a strategic vision, contribute to the organization’s success, and build a career within a fast‑growing global financial technology organization.

Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio roadmap– Define a product strategy and vision 1‑3 years out based on a deep understanding of the corporate vision, client data, and the global marketplace.
- Prioritize work– Collaborate with senior business leaders and other stakeholders to balance strategic portfolio prioritization using a data‑driven approach and fail fast when necessary.
- Review or define user stories and requirements– Work within our SDLC to ensure that the product architecture is fully tested and meets the expectations of our enterprise users and clients.
- Lead and coach product teams– Oversee multiple product streams and managers, driving continuous inspection, adaptation, and improvement to meet a high standard of delivery and quality.
- Support cross‑functional teams– Work closely with Engineering, Testing, User Experience, Marketing, Implementation, and Sales leadership to advise, guide, and support teams for maximum business impact.

- 4‑year Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
