The Relationship Associate is responsible for driving engagement and growth across CAMRADATA by supporting investor searches, developing client relationships, and increasing platform usage. The role combines business development, client service, and product support to deliver value to both investors and asset managers.

Responsibilities

  • Drive investor and asset manager engagement to increase platform usage and generate new business opportunities.
  • Manage the end-to-end CAMRADATA Assisted Search process, including sourcing, execution, and reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support onboarding, engagement, and renewals.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and support sales activities as a CAMRADATA specialist.
  • Track, analyse, and report on client activity, search outcomes, and platform usage.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to support growth and platform development.
  • Provide day-to-day platform support, including account setup, data queries, and issue resolution.
  • Capture and maintain accurate client and activity data within CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Strong client-facing and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows (sales support, searches, client service).
  • Comfortable delivering presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented.
  • Experience working with data, reporting, or financial platforms preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus.
