The S&P Global Market Intelligence Software marketing team is dedicated to enhancing awareness, adoption, and engagement of S&P Global Market Intelligence Software offerings which include Corporate Actions, Cappitech, EDM and Tax. We focus on crafting compelling product narratives and content strategies that resonate with target audiences in the financial services industry and the post-trade operations space. Marketing plays a key role in aligning product marketing activities-including product launches, content creation, go-to-market strategies, and client education-with specific commercial outcomes. Our team is pivotal in positioning S&P Global Market Intelligence as a leader in the capital and private markets space, leveraging essential data, research, and insights. Responsibilities and Impact:
- Lead marketing initiatives and content creation efforts that connect Marketing activities to specific commercial outcomes.
- Assist in designing and implementing a comprehensive content marketing strategy highlighting S&P Global Market Intelligence Software products.
- Contribute to the creation of high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and educational materials.
- Support the development and refinement of positioning and messaging for S&P Global Market Intelligence Software Products.
- Collaborate in the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and enhancements.
- Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Support engagement with key partners and clients to promote awareness and adoption of S&P Global Market Intelligence Software products.
- Collaborate in establishing KPIs and metrics to measure the success of content marketing and product marketing initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in content/product marketing within financial services, with a focus on post-trade operations preferred.
- Proven expertise in content marketing and content creation, supported by a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Analyse and report on marketing campaigns, metrics and ROI including MQLs, conversions, attribution etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with product launches, go-to-market strategies, and account-based marketing in the financial services space.
- Analytical mindset with experience in market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and external partners.
