We are seeking a Data Team Lead to manage and grow a high-performing team of data engineers and data scientists. This role is responsible for designing and delivering scalable data solutions, with a strong focus on automating data ingestion and processing from a wide range of third-party sources.
You will play a key role in shaping how data is collected, processed, and transformed into valuable products. This includes leveraging modern technologies such as event-driven architectures on AWS and applying Large Language Models (LLMs) to extract insights from unstructured data.
Working closely with the Product Owner, you will translate product requirements into clear technical deliverables, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. You will also be responsible for team leadership, including mentoring, planning, and performance management.
Requirements:- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data engineers and data scientists
- Design and oversee automated data pipelines ingesting data from multiple third-party sources
- Implement scalable, event-driven architectures (primarily within AWS)
