A strategic and innovative AI+ Lead is sought to join the Enterprise Finance and Strategy team at S&P Global Inc. This role involves partnering closely with Corporate Finance and divisional CFOs to implement scalable, ethical AI solutions aligned with corporate objectives.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading initiatives that harness AI/ML, NLP, and GenAI technologies to improve Finance processes, operational efficiency, and organisational performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive AI+ strategy for the Finance team, identifying and prioritising AI opportunities across Finance processes.
- Collaboration and Partnership: Partner with Finance Technology Lead, Corporate Finance, and divisional CFOs to ensure AI solutions meet business needs.
- Opportunity Discovery and Assessment: Conduct readiness assessments with stakeholders to understand their needs and evaluate current AI capabilities.
- Implementation Leadership: Lead the design and deployment of AI+ projects within the Finance team, coordinating with internal technology teams and external vendors.
- Metrics and Reporting: Establish KPIs to measure the success and ROI of AI+ initiatives and prepare reports for senior leadership.
- Ethics & Governance: Ensure AI initiatives are developed ethically, following responsible AI practices.
- Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends and represent the Finance team in forums related to AI advancements.
- 8+ years of experience in finance, digital transformation, or related fields.
- Proven experience in leading AI/ML, NLP, and GenAI projects.
