Global Employer Branding Specialist
The Team:
The Talent Acquisition Impact team is composed of innovation specialists, recruiters, and an Employer Branding specialist based in various global locations, bringing diverse perspectives and expertise across the entire Talent Acquisition function. The Global Employer Branding Specialist will help craft strategies that attract top talent and align with organizational goals.
Responsibilities and Impact:
- Participate in the formulation and implementation of the employer brand strategic resources and communication plan.
- Organize various employer brand activities, including large-scale recruitment events and internal cultural promotions.
- Support the execution of recruitment-related events at key S&P Global locations.
- Work closely with Global Talent Acquisition Leadership to align employer branding strategies with recruitment goals and integrate employer brand elements.
- Collaborate across departments such as Marketing, Events, Communications, our in-house creative agency, and the Talent Acquisition team.
- Lead cross-functional projects involving Marketing, Communications, Talent Acquisition and People to integrate employer branding initiatives across the organization.
- Plan, create, and edit employer brand-related content, such as brand stories, promotional copy, and visual materials.
- Provide professional communication suggestions and work closely with regional and corporate communication teams.
- Utilize platforms and mainstream social media to publish high-quality content, enhancing brand exposure and influence.
- Explore innovative communication methods to optimize content dissemination.
- Support creative material requests with internal partners.
- Use data for reporting on impact and recommendations for future investment.
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $47,393 to $78,062. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual\’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.

- Familiarity with content management systems and digital marketing tools.
