The Enterprise Marketing Analytics team empowers data-informed decision-making across S&P Global by delivering actionable insights on marketing performance. We focus on enterprise-level reporting across web, paid media, events, and campaign conversions-driving consistency, engagement, and ROI through advanced analytics. Our team partners with marketing, sales, product, and technology leaders to align analytics strategy with business goals, leveraging tools like Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Marketo, Adobe Target, Drift, Conversica, ON24, Adobe CDP, and Salesforce.

Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Marketing Analytics, this role leads marketing performance reporting and data visualization across the enterprise. You will define and manage scalable reporting processes, own the marketing data visualization strategy, ensure insights are accurate, accessible, and aligned to strategic priorities. This role is essential in translating data into action, influencing decision-making, and fueling marketing effectiveness at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own the marketing analytics dashboard strategy using Power BI or other tools; oversee data ingestion, transformation, visualization, and automation to support self-service access.
  • Lead Adobe Analytics Workspace reporting for engagement and conversion metrics across web and campaigns.
  • Apply design best practices and storytelling techniques to create compelling dashboards for diverse business audiences.
  • Build and maintain performance reports on demand generation, pipeline impact, campaign ROI, and channel attribution.
  • Integrate data from Adobe Analytics (WebSDK), Adobe Target, Marketo, Drift, ON24, Adobe CDP, and Salesforce into a cohesive reporting framework.
  • Collaborate with the CDP and Customer Intelligence teams to leverage audience-level data for advanced segmentation and ABM measurement.
  • Deliver regular performance reporting to marketing, sales, and business leadership.
  • Identify actionable trends, performance gaps, and optimization opportunities.
  • Collect stakeholder feedback and iterate on dashboard design and functionality.
  • Present findings in executive forums, enabling strategic, data-informed decision-making.
  • Partner with SEO, paid media, events, and content teams to improve KPI alignment and reporting effectiveness.
  • Work with divisional marketing analytics leads to ensure consistency and comparability of metrics across business units.
  • Support campaign teams with insights that drive optimization and performance improvement.
  • Implement and manage data validation frameworks across all marketing data sources to ensure integrity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with data enablement and martech teams to improve reporting pipelines and system integration.
  • Pilot AI-driven analytics tools and automation solutions that reduce manual effort and enhance decision speed.
  • Stay ahead of emerging analytics technologies and advocate for relevant innovations within the team.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in data science, Analytics, Business, Marketing, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years in digital analytics, performance reporting, or enterprise dashboard development.
  • Hands-on experience developing enterprise dashboards, including on Power BI.
  • Proficiency in Alteryx, SQL and Python.
  • Strong background in Adobe Analytics Workspace, including event and engagement reporting.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe CDP & Target, Drift, ON24.
  • Excellent data storytelling, stakeholder communication, and executive presentation skills.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with audience segmentation and personalization in B2B marketing.
  • Exposure to AI-driven reporting tools or predictive analytics platforms.
