About the Role:
The Technologies & Supply Chains team seeks an analyst for global cleantech and supply chain market research. The team provides historical and forward-looking market analysis and delivers actionable insights to clients through written reports, data analysis, presentations, and direct engagement with clients.
Responsibilities and Impact:
- The successful candidate will apply strong industry knowledge, as well as established analytical, modelling, automation and communication skills, realizing valuable relationships with existing and potential clients, and produce high quality in-depth reports and insights to support critical business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, manage and analyze market data across clean technologies to track and identify trends key to understanding the evolution of the supply chain.
- Create high quality quantitative and qualitative regional and global market reports analyzing multiple clean energy technologies and supply chain trends.
- Conduct primary research on emerging new clean technologies and supply chain trends with limited publicly available data.
- Support client requests by providing quick and comprehensive answers to questions about research findings.
- Assist in streamlining research and data processes to increase the efficiency and productivity of the team, and maximize the quality and reliability of our data.
What We're Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience and advanced knowledge of the clean energy technology industry and strong analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, finance, or a related quantitative field.
- 2+ years of experience in analysis within the energy sector.
- High critical-thinking skills to evaluate the quality and relevance of the information.
- Good communication skills, and ability to work both independently and as part of a global team.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and data modelling skills.
- A self-driven individual, excellent problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to perform well under tight deadlines.
- Outstanding attention to detail, ensuring precision in research and deliverables.
- A commercially driven mindset paired with excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with both internal teams and external clients.
