Responsibilities and Impact:

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities with Japan’s commercial banks, insurance companies, and asset management firms.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers, ensuring trust and sustained client satisfaction.
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations and presentations, addressing specific challenges faced by Japanese financial institutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists and client support, to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for Japanese clients.
  • Develop an in‑depth understanding of the Japanese competitive landscape, regulatory changes, and client needs.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of service and client relationship quality.

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • 3‑10 years of sales experience, preferably in financial services or technology solutions.
