The Enterprise Solutions business within S&P Global Market Intelligence provides buy‑side, sell‑side, and corporate clients with industry‑leading data, software, and services. The portfolio spans enterprise data management, investment management, loan platforms, regulatory and compliance solutions, and private markets solutions. This role sits within the Private Markets product team, which supports clients across the investment lifecycle in private equity, venture capital, real estate, infrastructure, and private credit.
The iLEVEL product line seeks a product manager to drive product growth within the private markets franchise, with an emphasis on evolving our current offerings to support the unique requirements of deal professionals, portfolio managers, and investment teams that run the investment lifecycle on iLEVEL. All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Define short‑term and long‑term product strategy for capabilities that support front‑office users across the private markets investment lifecycle, ensuring priorities are aligned to market demand, client value, and business goals.
- Create and execute a clear product roadmap with well‑defined priorities, milestones, and success measures, gaining alignment from senior stakeholders and guiding delivery teams through execution.
- Partner with engineering, design, commercial, and domain stakeholders to translate client and market needs into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow designs.
- Lead cross‑functional product development efforts to deliver high‑quality enhancements on time, while balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders by communicating product direction clearly, sharing insights, and incorporating feedback to improve decisions and outcomes.
- Conduct ongoing market, client, and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, validate opportunities, and inform a differentiated product strategy.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing insights, clarifying priorities when needed, seeking feedback, and adapting quickly as team and business objectives evolve.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B FinTech product management, with a track record of owning product initiatives from discovery through delivery.
- Knowledge of the private capital markets industry and ecosystem, including the workflows and data needs of deal teams, portfolio managers, and investment professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate within cross‑functional teams and build effective working relationships across product, technology, and commercial functions.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to use data, client feedback, and market insight to make informed product decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Proficiency in defining product requirements and creating comprehensive product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow mapping.
- Experience working on products that serve private markets, alternative assets, portfolio monitoring, valuation, or investment operations workflows.
- Comfort operating in a client‑centric product environment where feedback, iteration, and partnership with go‑to‑market teams are critical to success.
