S&P Global Ratings is seeking a Global Business Partner to lead the People workstream for the 12-month integration of an acquisition. You will translate the integration strategy into a clear people plan, ensuring continuity, retention of critical talent, and smooth change management across functions.

Working with Employment Relations, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition and Global Mobility, you will drive governance, data migration, and harmonization of terms.
