This role is in the Product Innovation team within the S&P Global Ratings Commercial department. The team engages with issuers, intermediaries, and investors to understand emerging risk-related products and services, creating new product opportunities and enhancing existing offerings such as Ratings360®.

Shapes the strategic direction of the core credit ratings business by translating market insights into innovative solutions and enhancements for our product portfolio, ensuring competitiveness and relevance while driving organizational growth.

Collaborate with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams on high‑impact initiatives, gain exposure to strategic decision‑making, and work globally to shape the future of credit ratings products.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to define requirements for new product development.
  • High energy and adaptability in fast‑paced environments, demonstrating curiosity and an innovative mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English, particularly in translating requirements into stories and communicating progress to senior executives.
  • Expertise in innovation and product development methodologies such as Pragmatic Institute, Human‑Centered Design, Design Thinking, and Jobs‑To‑Be‑Done (JTBD) Framework.
