OSTTRA, a joint venture between S&P Global and CME Group, is seeking a commercial lawyer to join our London office. The role reports to the General Counsel of EMEA and APAC and focuses on privacy, IP, data, AI and transactional matters across OSTTRA’s business.
You will draft and negotiate diverse commercial contracts, support regional sales teams, and counsel internal clients on risks at all stages of the customer relationship. A strong English command and in-house experience are essential.
