We are seeking an experienced Electronic Warfare (EW) Instructor to support the design, development, and delivery of high‑quality academic EW training across the EMEA region. This role is ideal for seasoned EW practitioners, reservists, defence professionals, or subject matter experts who want to share their expertise through structured, classroom‑based instruction.
Key Responsibilities
- Courseware Development
- Design, develop, and maintain academic EW course materials including presentations, lesson plans, exercises, and assessments.
- Translate complex EW concepts into clear, engaging content suitable for both technical and non‑technical learners.
- Ensure courseware remains accurate, current, and aligned with evolving EW doctrine and technology trends.
- Collaborate with instructors, SMEs, and academic leads to review and continuously improve course content.
- Training Delivery
- Deliver classroom‑based EW instruction across multiple course levels.
- Present complex EW theory clearly, adapting delivery to varied learner backgrounds.
- Deliver training at customer sites, partner locations, or academy facilities across EMEA.
