The Opportunity
These roles sit within high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams delivering cutting-edge products and systems — often from early concept through to manufacture and deployment. Depending on level and client, you may be involved in:
- Concept generation and detailed mechanical design
- Development of electromechanical systems and products
- Engineering analysis, testing and validation
- Supporting full product lifecycle from idea through to production
- Working closely with electronics, software and systems teams
- Leading projects or technical workstreams (senior roles)
- Engaging with stakeholders and customers in consultancy-led environments
About You
You are a curious and methodical engineer with a strong grounding in engineering fundamentals and a genuine interest in how products work and how they are used. You enjoy working collaboratively and bringing ideas to life within multi-disciplinary teams.
Skills & Experience
We’re interested in engineers who can demonstrate a strong mix of the following:
- Mechanical design experience across complex products or systems
- Experience taking designs from concept through to manufacture
- Exposure to electromechanical systems
- Strong analytical approach using engineering principles and tools
- Experience working within multi-disciplinary teams
- Knowledge of structured engineering processes (e.g. FMEA, risk management)
- Clear communication skills — both written and verbal
- Experience in client-facing or consultancy environments (desirable)
- Project or technical leadership experience (for senior roles)
Backgrounds may include medical devices, aerospace, defence, automotive, robotics or other highly regulated / complex engineering environments.
