SP Executive Search is supporting a high-growth, multi-site QSR operator in the search for an outstanding Director of Operations to lead performance across a large, complex UK estate. This is a pivotal, board-facing role within an entrepreneurial, owner-led business, offering real scope to shape strategy, drive performance and influence the future direction of the organisation.
The Role:
- Lead operational performance across a multi-site, geographically dispersed estate
- Own delivery across key metrics including sales, profitability, customer experience and brand standards
- Develop and execute a high-impact operations strategy aligned to growth plans
- Lead, coach and develop a senior operational structure, driving capability and succession
- Embed a high-performance, values-led culture across all regions
- Drive consistency and excellence across both established and newly integrated sites
- Oversee major initiatives including refurbishments, capital investment and operational innovation
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Property and senior leadership
- Maintain strong field presence, regularly engaging with teams across the estate
What You’ll Bring:
- Must have proven director or senior level operations leadership experience within QSR or high-volume multi-site hospitality
- Track record of delivering commercial growth and operational excellence at scale
- Strong P&L ownership with a clear understanding of cost control, labour optimisation and margin delivery
