SP Executive Search is partnering with a major international foodservice business to appoint an experienced Supply Chain Director (EMEA).
This is a senior regional appointment with responsibility for ensuring an effective, resilient and commercially focused supply chain across a diverse international market.
Working with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, you will oversee supply chain performance, strengthen key partner and supplier relationships, identify opportunities for improvement and ensure the function is equipped to support the continued growth of the business across EMEA.
The Role
- This is a broad and commercially influential position with responsibility for:
- Overseeing supply chain performance across multiple international markets.
- Managing and developing key supplier, logistics and external partner relationships.
- Ensuring strong service levels, operational continuity and appropriate cost control.
- Identifying supply chain risks and implementing effective mitigation plans.
- Driving continuous improvement across logistics, distribution and inventory management.
- Supporting business growth, new initiatives and changes across the regional estate.
- Working collaboratively with Operations, Finance, Marketing, Quality and other central functions.
- Using data and performance insight to identify opportunities and inform senior-level decision making.
- Supporting commercial discussions and negotiations with key external partners.
- Ensuring appropriate quality, compliance and sourcing standards are maintained throughout the supply chain.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for an established supply chain leader who has operated successfully within a complex, multi-site and ideally international environment.
You will ideally bring
- Significant senior-level supply chain experience within
QSR, foodservice, hospitality, FMCG or a comparable consumer-led business .
- Experience operating across multiple countries or markets.
- Strong supplier, logistics and third-party partner management experience.
- Excellent commercial judgement and negotiation capability.
- A strong understanding of supply chain performance, risk and operational continuity.
- The ability to interpret data and translate it into clear commercial actions.
- Experience working within a complex stakeholder environment.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the credibility to operate effectively at senior level.
- A collaborative, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach.
Experience within an international or franchise-led organisation would be advantageous but is not essential.
The role will be based in
London with regular international travel.
