£34,000 – £40,000 + 10% Bonus

SP Executive Search is working with a fast-growing premium retail brand to find an experienced and commercially minded Store Manager for their Oxford location. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a customer-centric, quality-led environment and wants to be part of a business with ambitious growth plans.

This store is well-established, with a loyal customer base and a passionate team already in place. You’ll be responsible for leading day-to-day operations, driving performance, and ensuring a consistent brand experience. You’ll also play a key role in coaching and developing your team to deliver high standards of service, product quality, and engagement.

Lead and inspire the store team, creating a culture of accountability, hospitality, and high performance
Full P&L responsibility, including stock, labour, and local marketing initiatives
Uphold brand standards across customer experience, product presentation, cleanliness, and compliance
Identify opportunities to drive footfall, repeat business, and local partnerships
Support with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team development

Proven experience as a Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager in a quality-led, high-service retail or F&B environment
Strong commercial awareness and a track record of delivering results
A natural people leader who leads from the front and gets the best out of their team
A genuine passion for creating great customer experiences

10% annual bonus
~ Full-time, permanent role
~5 days per week in-store, including weekends
