SP Executive Search is supporting a high-growth QSR brand in the appointment of an Operations Manager across a key UK patch spanning the M4 corridor into Wales.

This role is suited to a people-first, commercially driven operator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and knows how to deliver both performance and culture across a multi-site estate.

The Role:

  • Oversee a portfolio of high-volume QSR locations across the region
  • Lead, coach and develop Site Managers to deliver strong operational and commercial performance
  • Drive sales, profit and KPI delivery across the patch, with full ownership of results
  • Embed a high-performance culture focused on standards, pace and guest experience
  • Ensure consistency in quality, service and cleanliness across all locations
  • Work cross-functionally with central support teams to implement initiatives and improvements
  • Monitor financial performance, budgets and cost controls across the estate
  • Ensure full compliance with all health, safety and food safety standards

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven multi-site leadership experience within QSR or fast-paced hospitality environments
  • Ideally experience within 'Drive-Thru' environments
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales and profit growth
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate, stretch and develop teams
  • Experience building high-performing teams through recruitment, coaching and succession planning
  • Confident in analysing P&L performance and making data-led decisions
  • High standards operator with a focus on consistency, pace and guest experience
  • Resilient and adaptable, comfortable operating in a competitive, fast-moving environment
