SP Executive Search is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join a leading hospitality business (pubs) with strong national presence. This role suits a commercially minded operator who thrives on driving performance, elevating guest experience, and leading multiple sites to success.
We are looking for an Operations Manager for a patch covering South London and Kent.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the performance of multiple sites in a patch, ensuring excellence in service and operations
- Lead, coach and develop management teams to deliver outstanding customer experience
- Drive sales, profitability and consistent brand standards across all locations
- Execute business strategy, new initiatives and ongoing operational improvements
- Ensure ongoing compliance with H&S, food safety and company policy
- Analyse P&L results, identify trends and implement actions for improved performance
- Manage stakeholder relationships with internal teams, suppliers and regional leadership
- Proven experience in multi-site management within hospitality, food-led retail, casual dining and restaurants OR wet-led establishments
- Strong commercial ability – confident with sales growth, margins and cost control

- Comfortable working with data, P&Ls and KPI dashboards
- Confident communicator who can influence and engage at all levels
