About our client:
Our client is a much-loved high street retail brand with a first-class legacy in delivering fantastic service in the community. The business is ever evolving to be best in class and are therefore seeking a commercially focused Project Manager to support their ongoing new initiatives.
What qualities will you need to be successful?
- The successful candidate will be an experienced commercial leader with a proven ability in merchandising, buying, category management, or supply chain operations.
- You will need experience delivering systems change, range resets, or large-scale commercial initiatives.
- Familiarity with retail systems such as forecasting, ERP, replenishment, or planogram tools will be beneficial.
- Project Management qualifications or formal training is also preferred (e.g. Prince 2, Agile, APM etc).
- You will be able to demonstrate experience leading and delivering projects or programmes in a fast-paced commercial environment such as retail, FMCG, hospitality or leisure sectors where the customer is at the heart of every decision.
- Experience using data and insight to inform decisions and measure commercial performance is also required.
- You will be confident in managing different stakeholders with experience working across matrix and cross-functional teams.
Reporting into the Head of Commercial, you will be confident and able to work in a hybrid capacity with 3 days a week required in Suffolk.
