SP Executive Search are supporting a multi-site QSR operator in the search for an experienced Property Manager to oversee a large estate across the Midlands. With significant capital investment planned over the next few years, the business is looking for a property professional who can quickly take ownership of projects, planned maintenance and refurbishments across a portfolio of sites.

The Role

  • Manage property requirements across a portfolio of circa 60–70 multi-site locations
  • Deliver refurbishment projects, maintenance programmes and reactive repairs
  • Oversee projects from planning through to completion, coordinating contractors and internal teams
  • Manage repair and maintenance budgets across the estate
  • Work closely with operations teams and site leaders to ensure assets are maintained to a high operational standard
