We’re supporting a small independent restaurant group in the appointment of a General Manager for a brand new, premium, high-volume venue in Leeds City Centre. With over 170 covers, this is an exceptional opportunity to build and lead a new team from the ground up and shape the guest experience in a high-profile opening.

The Role

  • Recruiting, developing, and inspiring a high-performing team

The Person

We’re looking for an experienced, confident operator who thrives in a premium, fast-paced environment. You’ll bring:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as General Manager within a large, quality venue (170+ covers)
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop large teams
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills
  • Passion for food, beverage, and delivering a memorable guest experience
  • A hands-on leadership style with excellent communication and resilience

  • Up to £55,000 depending on experience
