Our client is one of the premier attractions in Blackpool, set in undoubtedly one of Britain’s busiest holiday destinations in Lancashire.

What does the role involve? You will need to lead and inspire the Food & Beverage team across all the F&B outlets on the park with the aim to maximise and grow F&B sales, profit, service & quality, guest satisfaction and team retention. Leading a team of managers and their teams you will deliver a common purpose of creating F&B memories that last a lifetime for our client’s guests and owners alike.

What qualities will you need to be successful? As the Head of Food & Beverage you will have a proven background of driving success at multi-unit, Area Management level ideally (or aspiring to be) in hospitality, whether that be Pubs, QSR, Grab&Go, Motorway service stations with Restaurants or casual dining. The Head of Food & Beverage will be a resilient and tenacious individual, someone who is adaptable to change, will challenge the status quo and thrives in a fast-paced seasonally focused environment.

To succeed in the role of Head of Food & Beverage, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an outgoing, affable personality, strong communication and leadership with a clear focus on the customer journey and P&L performance to achieve profit growth.
