SP Executive Search are partnering with a privately owned, entrepreneurial multi-site operator to appoint an Estates Manager as they continue to expand their UK portfolio across QSR, hotels and wider commercial property. This is a high-impact role within a fast-moving and well-capitalised business that has grown significantly over recent years and continues to invest heavily into long-term property and operational growth. The role will focus on identifying, securing and delivering new acquisition opportunities for the business across a wide geographical area.
The Role
- Source and secure new QSR, roadside, drive-thru, hotel and commercial property opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong acquisitions pipeline aligned to business growth plans
- Conduct site appraisals including demographics, competition and commercial viability
- Negotiate terms and manage acquisitions through to completion
- Develop relationships with agents, developers, landlords and local authorities
- Work closely with internal legal, construction and operational teams throughout the acquisition process
- Monitor market activity and identify emerging opportunities across target regions
- Support wider estate strategy and portfolio growth initiatives
About You
- Proven background within acquisitions, estates or property development
- Must have experience within multi-site retail, hospitality, QSR, leisure or hotel environments
- Strong understanding of roadside and/or drive-thru development would be advantageous
- Commercially astute with strong negotiation capability
- Comfortable operating within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Able to manage multiple live projects and regional travel
- MRICS qualified beneficial but not essential
