About our client: Our client is a Retail business in significant growth in recent years, that is searching for best‑in‑class Area Sales Managers from ideally Premium/Luxury Retailing or have a strong background in assisted sales.
What qualities will you need to be successful?
- We’re searching for leaders who often come from roles involving customer‑facing sales in luxury or premium retail, event‑led or experiential settings.
- A significant track record of success in driving sales income and net profit by increasing sales volumes and average price, whilst managing people from afar, with the need to travel largely through Europe and the UK as required.
- Significant track record of demonstrating clear people management skills in coaching, development by 'Train the Trainer methodology' and performance management.
- A proven track record for always displaying the highest standards in personal and professional integrity even in the most challenging of circumstances.
- A keen eye for visual merchandising standards to assist driving commercial standards and sales, whilst developing the highest training standards with and through your team is also essential.
- Proven problem solver who can manage conflicting priorities and achieves positive outcomes, by leading and impacting with gravitas.
- Self-motivated, with an enthusiastic approach to work as large parts of this role will see you working from home and leading from afar, whilst a willingness to keep developing yourself professionally/academically.
