This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven leader to oversee a dynamic portfolio, drive sales growth, and raise operational and brand standards across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the performance of a portfolio of pubs, ensuring operational excellence
- Coach, mentor, and develop Pub Managers and site teams to deliver outstanding service and results
- Drive sales, profitability, and brand consistency across all locations
- Implement business strategies, marketing initiatives, and effective cost control measures
