Area Manager (Hospitality)

Location: Dorset & Devon Counties – South West Coast Patch

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + Car Allowance+ Bonus + Additional Company Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the performance of multiple franchise locations, ensuring operational excellence
  • Lead, coach, and develop restaurant teams to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Drive sales, profitability, and brand consistency across all sites
  • Implement business strategies, marketing initiatives, and cost control measures
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, food hygiene, and brand standards
  • Analyse P&L reports and make data-driven decisions to optimise performance
