Keter, established over 77 years ago, are a global leader and manufacturer of resin based durable consumer lifestyle products including patio and garden furniture and indoor and outdoor storage solutions, in a rapidly expanding market sector. They produce well-known brands such as Curver, Stewart and Keter from manufacturing sites globally, and their well invested site in Banbury, Oxfordshire, which operates 24/7, houses injection and rotational moulding technology and sophisticated robotics.
The business operates a complex supply chain, with a high percentage of sales generated by products manufactured overseas and imported to a number of distribution facilities across the UK. In order to further develop end to end supply chain performance and ensure continuous improvement, Keter are seeking to recruit for the newly established role of Supply Chain Manager, responsible for the leadership, development and coaching of a team across Demand & Production Planning, Procurement, Customer & Consumer Service, Logistics & Warehouse and Import Supply Chain.
Reporting to the Operations Director, the Supply Chain Manager will drive a multi-functional strategy, whilst taking a hands on approach where required to assist the business in further profitable growth, continuing to develop robust S&OP and supply chain processes. Capable of delivering effective change management, you will demonstrate agility, energy and enthusiasm achieving success through leading and inspiring teams to engage and contribute.
A proven track record of managing a complex supply chain, and ideally a knowledge of import processes, is required. This experience will have been gained in a high volume, multi-product manufacturing environment.
