As a Construction Coordinator within our Business Connections Projects team, you will manage the successful delivery of a portfolio of schemes, generally customer driven high voltage connection and diversion works. You will establish the customer's requirements and manage the delivery of the programme of works from the acceptance stage through to project closure.
The successful candidate must, at the start of employment, have permission to work in the UK without sponsorship. We welcome applications from individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences who meet the following criteria:
- Hold a minimum of an ONC level qualification in Electrical Engineering and relevant experience within the electricity distribution industry;
- Have experience of health and safety compliance;
- Have proven programming and planning skills;
- Have proven report writing skills and be literate with Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel.
Any offer made will remain conditional until pre-employment checks are complete to a level deemed satisfactory. Due to the nature of this role, the following pre-employment checks will be required: references from previous employers, a Medical Appointment, Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and a Drug & Alcohol test.
