Our Role
We’re looking for a curious, collaborative and forward-thinking Apprentice Data Analyst to help us unlock insights and shape smarter services for our customers. You’ll work with passionate teams, senior leaders, and external partners to turn data into meaningful stories and real-world solutions that make a difference.
This is a great opportunity for someone who’s ready to grow, influence change, and bring fresh thinking to how we use data to deliver services.
What You’ll Be Learning to Do
- Collecting, cleaning and analysing data to support decision-making
- Creating dashboards and reports to communicate insights clearly
- Identifying trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement
- Supporting the development of data models and predictive analytics
- Collaborating with teams to understand their data needs
- Helping ensure data quality, accuracy and compliance
- Using tools like Excel, Power BI, SQL and Python to work with data
- Presenting findings to stakeholders in a clear and engaging way
- Championing data-driven thinking across the organisation
- Learning how to turn complex data into actionable recommendations
What We\'re Looking For
You’ll need the following skills and qualifications to start your career journey with us:
- A minimum of Maths and English Language at GCSE (or equivalent) levels 4 - 9 or A* - C
- As well as one of the following:
- Two A Levels A* - C (one must be in a STEM subject), or
- A BTEC National Certificate Level 3 in a relevant subject (merit or distinction)

- Good IT skills, with a desire to learn and develop
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
- An interest in driving forward your career
