🖥️ Application Support Engineer Apprentice

What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide second‑line technical support and triage for key business applications
- Diagnose faults, monitor system states, and deliver fixes or workarounds
- Liaise with internal teams and third‑party vendors to resolve issues
- Support Power Platform development, including PowerApps and automations
- Ensure service levels are met and contribute to continuous improvement
- Maintain documentation and follow best practices in support and change management

What We’re Looking For
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grade 4‑9 / A*‑C)
Plus One Of The Following
- Two A Levels (A*‑C), including one STEM subject
- BTEC Level 3 National Certificate in a relevant subject (Merit or Distinction)
