SP Recruitment is seeking to recruit dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurses (RGN) to join our healthcare team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement nursing care for patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient progress and provide support to families.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Responsible for the assessments of care needs and the development, implementation, and evaluation of programmes of care.
- Carry out all relevant forms of care.
- Take responsibility for patients as delegated by Registered Manager.
Qualifications:
- Registered General Nurse
- NMC Registration
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development
- Some evidence of post-registration training
Experience:
- Qualified nursing experience working in a nursing home
- Evidence of good practice
- Teaching and mentoring junior staff
Skills:

- Able to work under supervision
