Join Our Team as a Compassionate Healthcare Assistant! Are you a dedicated and caring individual looking to make a real difference in the lives of others? We are currently hiring Healthcare Assistants to join a reputable and welcoming Residential home based in Stoke on Trent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report any changes to nursing staff
- Promote a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment
- Maintain accurate care records
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a similar care role (desirable)
- NVQ Level 3 in Healthcare Support or equivalent (Valid Care training certificates)
- A compassionate, patient, and reliable nature
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
