About SoZèle:
SoZèle is a premium online competition platform where people can win authentic luxury items, from Louis Vuitton to Cartier at a fraction of the retail price. We’re experiencing rapid growth, with a strong presence across Instagram, TikTok and live events.
You’ll be working alongside our marketing team of UGC Creators, Paid Ads, Marketing Strategy & Events executives supporting them day-to-day and taking ownership of key execution tasks. This is an exciting junior role for someone hungry to learn, highly social, and obsessed with fashion, content, and community.
The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and creative Junior Social & Community Executive to join us full-time in London. This is not just a scheduling role. You’ll play an active part in shaping how the brand shows up online, engages with its audience, and drives performance.
- Content Support
- Assist in planning, organising and coordinating UGC content shoots
- Help manage social media scheduling across Instagram, TikTok, Threads
- Support paid content distribution across Meta and TikTok under direction
- Prepare product images, captions, story drafts, and content libraries
- Support with live draw preparations and behind-the-scenes content
- Community & Engagement
- Reply to comments, DMs, customer questions in real-time
- Interact with users on Threads, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
- Help manage winner updates, feedback, user-generated content
- Build relationships with university groups, micro-influencers and fashion communities
- Events & Street Marketing
- Assist with Sozèle street events, activations, and local pop-ups
- Help with setup, engaging with people, attracting participants
- Participate in social activity during live events
- Admin & Marketing Execution
- Coordinate with the marketing team and support ongoing campaigns
- Help with reporting, tracking posts, managing simple data sheets
- Support influencer outreach + communication
- Assist during live draws (prep, setup, engagement)
What We’re Looking For:
- You just graduated or have a year or two experience in marketing, social media or fashion
- Naturally positive, energetic and confident in how you communicate
- Comfortable being on camera and representing the brand
- Genuinely enthusiastic about social media, content trends and luxury fashion
- Familiar with how content performs across Instagram, TikTok and Meta platforms
- Comfortable working with paid social campaigns (Meta and TikTok experience is a strong plus)
- Organised, reliable and able to manage day-to-day execution
- Based in London or able to commute regularly
- Eager to grow within a scaling digital brand
- Experience in social media, content creation or marketing (including internships or personal projects) is beneficial but attitude, work ethic and creative instinct matter just as much.
