Company Description: Sownd Affects is the company behind the world's first Audio Inclusivity Certification Standard - the industry's only live certification for how spaces sound. Around 60% of adults are noise sensitive, yet almost no spaces are designed with that in mind. Our model is partner-led - who bring Sownd Certification to the spaces they create - with 35 markets open to us through the network.

This is a full-time role owning Sownd Affects' commercial engine end to end - sales and marketing together, to begin with. You'll activate and deepen our partner network, including the specifiers who add certification to their client projects, open new markets, and own marketing end to end: demand generation, content, brand, PR and events. Pricing, pipeline and CRM sit with you too.

UK based, flexible location - you don't need to live in London, but you'll spend regular in-person days with the team in London during the first few months, then hybrid. £Full time converting to permanent after a 2-month trial.

  • 5+ years in B2B commercial, growth or marketing leadership;
  • Experience building pipeline through partners, channels or business development;
  • Demonstrable day-to-day use of AI tools across research, outreach, content and analysis;
  • Excellent communicator, happy to be a commercial face of the company alongside the founder.
