We’re looking for our next Property Manager to join the Dereham Lettings team.
Who we’re looking for:
- Experienced in property management & lettings (essential)
- Propertymark qualified ideally (but not essential - we’ll support you)
- A genuine team player with a calm, friendly, consistent approach
- Strong on lettings legislation (including the upcoming Renters Rights Act)
- Professional & confident on the phone
- Tech-savvy (Goodlord & Street CRM experience a real bonus)
- Comfortable attending appointments out of the office
- Capable of managing a busy workload under pressure
- Looking to grow with us, not just sit still
- Someone who can build and nurture exceptional relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors and colleagues
