About the Role:
As a Sales Progressor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient progression of property sales transactions. Working closely with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders, you will navigate the complexities of property sales to deliver a seamless experience from the moment the offer is accepted, all the way through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise between buyers, sellers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers to progress property sales.
Monitor and proactively manage the sales pipeline to anticipate and resolve potential issues.
Provide regular updates and guidance to clients, ensuring they are informed throughout the transaction process.
Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate timely and successful property completions.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role within the property sector is desirable.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a busy and often pressurised environment.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
